Roast Pork Tenderloin - Low Sodium Recipes

Asian Roast Pork Tenderloin

16 oz. Pork Tenderloin (296mg sodium)
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/8 Teaspoon Celery Seeds
1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Coriander
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Flakes
1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook the sesame seeds in a frying pan with a low heat
until golden. About 1-2 minutes. Let cool.
Mix together the cayenne pepper, coriander, celery seeds, onion flakes,
cumin, cinnamon, sesame oil and cooked sesame seeds in a bowl.
Put the pork tenderloin inn a baking dish coated with cooking spray,
Coat the pork with the spice mixture.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees.
